Assessments are great because they give a baseline where we can evaluate progress and identify which areas need improvement.

Strength Training

Adopting strength training into your workout regimen is one of the best things you could do to improve your overall health.  I'll help you gain a clear understanding of the different types of strength, applying various applications of the strength curve,  and familiarize you with a variety of resistance exercises for each muscle in the body.

Nutrition Coaching

Education on proper nutrition and energy balance. I focus on food quality, eliminating nutrient deficiencies, and how food is so much more than just fuel. A dietary record is also included so that you have an accurate representation of your normal dietary intake.
